About Healthy Nonprofits

Many nonprofits struggle with being stuck in limiting organizational patterns that prevent them from realizing their full potential. Healthy Nonprofits was founded to help organizations create thriving work environments and transformative organizational practices so they can become the fullest version of what's truly possible for them. This allows organizations to shift from reactiveness and collective stress behaviors to a culture that's rooted in vision, purpose, and possibility. As organizations create deep internal changes, those positive transformations are reflected in their day-to-day work and external relationships.

Healthy Nonprofits also supports the professional development of organizational leaders and employees so that the internal growth of individuals can become aligned with the growth of the organization.
